What this document covers
The Privacy Policy covers what personal data we collect through the website (lead-capture forms, contact forms, demo requests), how it's stored, who has access, retention periods, lawful basis under GDPR/CCPA where applicable, and how to request access or deletion. Customer business data inside on-prem TimeTrack Pro installs never leaves the customer's network and is not covered by this policy.
Our position in the meantime
- TimeTrack Pro is licensed, not sold. Customer rights are governed by the active license agreement issued with your
.licfile. - Copyright in TimeTrack Pro, Cloud Cost Optimizer, and AI Enterprise Search is held by Quantum IT Partners. Reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.
- Trademarks (TimeTrack Pro™, Cloud Cost Optimizer™, AI Enterprise Search™, Quantum IT Partners) are common-law marks of Quantum IT Partners.
- Customer data is stored exclusively on infrastructure the customer controls (on-prem deployment). Quantum IT Partners does not receive, store, or process customer business data from on-prem installs.
