What is AI Enterprise Search?#

AI Enterprise Search (AES) is a self-hosted platform that connects to your company's data sources — SharePoint, Confluence, Databricks, Genesys Cloud, Cloud Storage, SQL databases, file shares, and more — indexes everything with vector embeddings, and lets your team search with natural language. Ask a question and get a cited answer, not a list of links.

The full RAG pipeline runs on your infrastructure: embed → retrieve → rerank → generate with citations. Documents never leave your network. Permissions from source systems are crawled and enforced at query time — users only see content they're authorized to access in the original system.
