What this document covers
The Terms of Service cover acceptable use of our hosted properties, account responsibilities, content ownership for material submitted via the demo or contact forms, restrictions on automated access, and the relationship between hosted-property use and any on-prem software license you may hold.
Our position in the meantime
- TimeTrack Pro is licensed, not sold. Customer rights are governed by the active license agreement issued with your
.licfile. - Copyright in TimeTrack Pro, Cloud Cost Optimizer, and AI Enterprise Search is held by Quantum IT Partners. Reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.
- Trademarks (TimeTrack Pro™, Cloud Cost Optimizer™, AI Enterprise Search™, Quantum IT Partners) are common-law marks of Quantum IT Partners.
- Customer data is stored exclusively on infrastructure the customer controls (on-prem deployment). Quantum IT Partners does not receive, store, or process customer business data from on-prem installs.
