What happens if I don't renew maintenance?
The software continues to run. You keep all features and indexed data. You just won't receive version updates or support until you renew.
Are there document volume limits?
No. All tiers allow unlimited document indexing. The only tier-based limits are user count and connector availability.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Pay the difference and we issue a new license file. Upload it in Settings → License to unlock additional features.
