Dashboard
At-a-glance overview of your cloud spend, budgets, and savings.
What you see#
The Dashboard is your landing page after login. It shows a high-level summary of your cloud cost position:
- ✓Total current month spend across all providers
- ✓Month-end forecast (daily run-rate extrapolation)
- ✓Per-subscription projected costs
- ✓Savings realized from resolved recommendations
- ✓Active budget tracking with spend/forecast progress bars
- ✓Pinned Cost Explorer queries with live data
- ✓Alert badge (bell icon) with unread count
Stat cards#
The top row shows key metrics at a glance:
Total Spend
Current month's total cost across all enabled subscriptions. Refreshes every 4 hours.
Month-End Forecast
Projected total based on daily spend rate. Shows yellow to indicate it's a projection, not actual spend.
Savings Realized
Total monthly savings from recommendations you've resolved. Only appears when you have savings records.
Budget tracking#
The Budget Tracking section (collapsed by default) shows all active budgets with progress bars for current spend and forecasted month-end. Budgets approaching thresholds show warning indicators and projected breach dates.
Tip
Create budgets in Analytics → Budget Section. They appear automatically on the Dashboard once active.
Pinned queries#
The Pinned Queries section (collapsed by default) shows up to 5 saved Cost Explorer queries with live cost data. Click any query to open it in the Cost Explorer with all parameters pre-loaded.
Pin queries from the Cost Explorer → Saved Queries panel (star icon).
