System Health

Real-time status of 8 core services with versions, memory usage, connectivity indicators. Auto-refreshes every 30 seconds.

App Logs

Structured JSON logs from Django and Celery. Level filtering, search, and live SSE streaming. Sub-tabs: Application, Celery, Errors.

Container Logs

Docker container output with sidebar navigation. Live streaming per container. Stack-isolated (no cross-stack leakage).

Persistent trail of 35+ action types. Filterable by action category, date range, and search text. Color-coded badges. Owner-only purge.

System Health services#

Eight service cards show real-time health status:

  • ✓Django Application — version, debug mode, memory used/total
  • ✓PostgreSQL — version, database name, host, data dir, size
  • ✓Redis — version, current memory, peak memory
  • ✓Celery Workers — active worker count
  • ✓License — tier, status, expiration, installation ID
  • ✓File Storage — path, writable flag, file count, total size
  • ✓Log Storage — path, file count, total size
  • ✓Network Connectivity — proxy status, per-target reachability with response times
Tip
The Network Connectivity card automatically tests outbound connections to services you've configured: License Server, cloud APIs, AI provider, and SMTP.

App Logs#

  • ✓Application logs — Django request handling and business logic
  • ✓Celery logs — background tasks (cost fetching, alerts, schedules)
  • ✓Error logs — ERROR and CRITICAL entries only
  • ✓Level filtering (DEBUG through CRITICAL)
  • ✓Full-text search across entries
  • ✓Live button streams new entries via SSE
  • ✓Clear Logs truncates files (does not affect audit logs)

Audit Logs#

35+ action types tracked across the platform:

  • ✓Authentication — login, logout, failed login, SSO login
  • ✓User management — invite, accept, role change, scope change, deactivate
  • ✓Cloud accounts — connect, disconnect, verify, toggle
  • ✓Configuration — email, AI, proxy, branding, license changes
  • ✓Data operations — report generation, recommendation actions, alert actions
  • ✓Budget operations — create, update, delete, toggle

Each entry records: timestamp, user, action type, description, resource type/ID, IP address, and user agent. Filter by date range (7/30/90/365 days) and search text.

Note
Only the Owner can purge old audit entries. This prevents accidental evidence destruction while keeping storage manageable.
