Admin-only dashboards for usage, search quality, and content health.
Date range picker#
Use the date range picker in the analytics header to view metrics for any time period. Quick presets (7, 14, 30, 90 days) are available, or select a custom range using the calendar. All sections update dynamically.
Dashboard sections#
📊
Search metrics
Search volume, average latency, and zero-result rate for the selected period. A bar chart shows daily search volume over the last 14 days.
🔍
Top queries
Most frequently searched terms with progress bars showing relative frequency. Shows what users are looking for most.
👥
Usage stats
Active users, chat sessions, messages sent, and engagement metrics broken down by action type.
📁
Content health
Document counts per data source, recent crawl status, error counts, and index freshness.
Tip
A high zero-result rate may indicate that users are searching for content that isn't indexed yet. Check the top queries to identify gaps.
