Multi-turn conversations with your knowledge base, with follow-up suggestions and entity cards.
Sessions#
Each conversation is a session. Create new sessions for distinct topics. You can rename or archive sessions from the sidebar. Archived sessions are hidden but not deleted.
Streaming responses#
Responses stream in real-time using Server-Sent Events, so you can start reading while the answer is still being generated. Each message includes citations linking back to source documents.
Conversation memory#
Chat sessions remember which documents were cited in previous messages. When you ask follow-up questions, the system gives a slight relevance boost to documents from earlier in the conversation. This helps maintain topical coherence across multi-turn discussions.
Follow-up suggestions#
After each response, the system suggests related questions you can ask next. Click a suggestion to send it as your next message. This is powered by a lightweight LLM call based on the answer and source documents.
Entity cards in chat#
When the Knowledge Graph is enabled, each chat response may include entity cards showing people, organizations, and other entities mentioned in the answer. These appear between the response text and the follow-up suggestions. Click a card to explore the entity's relationships and linked documents.
Feedback#
Rate responses with thumbs up/down to help track answer quality. Feedback is recorded in the audit log and visible in Analytics.
