Diagnostics

Monitor system health, view logs, and troubleshoot your installation.

System health#

The System Health tab shows real-time status for all services:

Service cards

FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery Workers, License, File Storage, and Log Storage. Each card shows status, latency, and key metrics.

🌐

Network checks

Test connectivity to LLM providers, data source APIs, and the license server. Useful for diagnosing proxy or firewall issues.

App logs#

Structured application logs with filtering by log level (DEBUG through CRITICAL). Each entry includes a request ID for end-to-end tracing. Real-time updates show the latest log entries as they occur.

Audit logs#

Immutable audit trail of all user actions: logins, searches, settings changes, data source operations, chat sessions, and more. Filter by action type, user, or date range. Audit logs cannot be modified or deleted.

Container logs#

View logs from Docker containers or Kubernetes pods. Select which service to inspect: API, Worker, Frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Nginx.

Live mode — click Auto-refresh for logs that update every 3 seconds with auto-scroll. A pulsing LIVE badge shows when active.
Line count — choose 100, 200, 500, or 1000 lines.

Tip

Use live mode on the Worker container to watch crawl and indexing progress in real-time. Look for "SIGKILL" or "OOM" entries to diagnose memory issues.
